The director of Isaacs Psychology, Dr. Jason Isaacs, is currently the Staff Psychologist for Toronto Paramedic Services. He has also received deliberate training in trauma therapies, and has completed several workshops and teachings with various first responder agencies. He brings these experiences, along with extensive one-on-one work with first responders in the public and private sectors, to his work here at Isaacs Psychology.

Individualized Assessment

If it is wanted or indicated, we offer comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments that respect your experiences. These assessments are focused on identifying strengths and areas for targeted growth, and can offer practical recommendations for the future.

Evidence-Based Therapies

We use clinically proven methods adapted for high-stress careers (e.g., CPT and CBT), to ensure you receive the most effective interventions. While we offer a space for growth in mental and emotional performance, we also offer practical, useful, and implementable strategies.

Collaborative Planning

We work with your schedule and role requirements to ensure treatment is sustainable and practical for your career.. We respect that you may not run a 0900-1700 schedule, and we don't either. Let's talk and pick a time that fits.
