Parenting and Teen Services
Evidence-based support to navigate the complexities of child development and family life with confidence and care.

Child & Teen Challenges
From behavioral issues and anxiety to neurodiversity support, we help children and teens develop tools for emotional regulation and coping with life's challenges like friends, bullies, life transitions, identity shifts, and schoolwork. We provides a safe space to understand struggles and build helpful and practical strategies.

Unique Circumstances
We help caregivers with supporting children and families through challenging life events (like chronic health conditions and trauma). Isaacs Psychology offers specialized care to process the unique emotional impact of these circumstances and build sustainable support networks.

Family Dynamics
Navigating communication barriers, big emotions, co-parenting, conflicts, and navigating major life transitions are some of the many concerns that might come up in families. Using evidence-based approaches like EFFT, we help families strengthen bonds and establish healthy patterns of communication that stand the test of time.

Parental Well-Being
Addressing parental burnout, anxiety, frustration, and communication is crucial for a healthy parent-child relationship and family. We provide parents with the tools to manage stress, rediscover strengths, and prioritize their own mental health while caring for their family in a healthy and sustainable way.
