Restorative Sleep for All Ages

Sleep is the foundation of our physical and mental health. Yet, for many, a good night’s rest feels out of reach. We support clients across the age spectrum in navigating the complexities of sleep. We offer psychological support for several sleep symptoms and conditions. In addition to multiple sleep symptoms and behaviours that many of us face when we're struggling to get a good night, some of the primary sleep conditions seen in our clinic include: Insomnia, Hypersomnolence (i.e., excessive sleepiness), Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Circadian Rhythm Disorders (i.e., having an internal sleep rhythm that makes you sleepy too late or too early), Sleep Arousal Disorders (i.e., sleepwalking, night terrors), and Nightmares.

How Isaacs Psychology Can Help

Sleep is multi-faceted, and we know it can impact multiple impacts of your life, both in and out of the bedroom. Our approach is warm, practical, and tailored to your specific life situation. We offer sleep support for adults, adolescents/teenagers (12+), and parents for children of all ages.

Understanding Sleep Patterns

We help you identify the unique factors - biological and environmental - that are disrupting the natural sleep-wake cycle and optimal sleep.

Building Routines

We work together to develop healthy, sustainable sleep hygiene practices and routines that prepare the body and mind for rest.

Quieting the Mind

We help you learn evidence-based strategies to manage late-night worries, alertness, and racing thoughts so that drifting off more easily becomes reachable.

Evidence-Based Tools

We use validated techniques from CBT-I and other behavioural sleep approaches to achieve long-term sleep improvement.
